Hawkeye: What Is The Disney+ Series About?

Avengers Endgame put an end to the story of many heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films. However, thanks to the Disney +, many heroes have returned with TV series that will be utterly canonical within the cinematic universe. We will, therefore, also see Hawkeye in the TV series starring own Hawkeye.

Are you ready for a new adventure after watching WandaVision, Loki and The Falcon, and The Winter Soldier? The Hawkeye TV series was introduced at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 on the Marvel Studios panel. The announcement revealed that the show would debut on Disney + in the fall of 2021. But when exactly does Hawkeye come out?

Subsequently, in July 2021, the official release date of Hawkeye was unveiled by EW, which will debut on Disney + starting November 24 of the same year. In particular, that day, the first two episodes will be released, while the following will debut every week.

What Is The Hawkeye TV Series About?

The first sneak peeks of the plot, revealed by Variety, claim that it will be a limited series for a short season and will tell the story of the archer Hawkeye. Clint Barton is ready to hang his bow on a nail, first passing the baton to one of his followers. We are talking about Kate Bishop, a character known to comic fans, who will become Clint’s student. Kate will then be part of a group of heroes who call themselves Young Avengers.

Jeremy Renner spoke to EW about the Hawkeye storyline, revealing:

“Kate is 22 and a huge Hawkeye fan. She is a particularly annoying girl but it is something that makes her irresistible. Their relationship grows over the course of history. But the biggest problem for Clint is the fact that Kate brings an avalanche of problems into her life”.

The same actor from the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, Jeremy Renner, will return to play Clint Barton/Hawkeye in the Disney+ series.
