In her memoir, singer Miley Cyrus is very open about her heart defect. The superstar is that sick.
Singer and “Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus has always been very open about her emotions. The star made no more a secret about the grief for her best friend than about the identity crisis she had as a child through her role on the Disney show.Â
Whether she got support or hate from other people: On the outside, Cyrus always looked like a strong, almost invincible person who did not care about negative press and voices. Now she surprises fans with a very personal confession: she has a heart defect. How sick the star is, she revealed in her memoir.
Unfortunately Cryus With This Heart Disease
In her book “Miles to Go” the singer reveals that she suffers from what is known as tachycardia. The word translated means something like “quick-hearted,” i.e., a continuous racing heart.
People who suffer from this disease have a permanently accelerated pulse of over 100 beats per minute. Pronounced tachycardia can even lead to 150 beats per minute. For comparison: in a healthy person, the heartbeat is 60 to 100 beats per minute. The form from which Cyrus suffers, however, is not life-threatening, as she writes. Nevertheless, the disease would annoy her in everyday life. “The type of tachycardia I have is not dangerous. It doesn’t hurt, but it bothers me. There is not a moment on stage when I don’t think about my heart.”

Cyrus Does A Lot For Her Health.
To stay fit and healthy, Cyrus regularly exercises and swears by Pilates. She started doing it in 2013 and continues to practice this sport to this day. She is also a big fan of yoga and does different exercises for up to 2 hours a day, six days a week. Wow, that’s what we call engagement.Â
To burden her heart any further, the musician decided to stay away from narcotics and alcohol a long time ago and has been since 2017. Many stars have struggled with alcohol and narcotic problems in their careers, some even to this day. We are glad that Cyrus is doing well despite her illness and taking care of herself.Â
